Shipping Policy — CriArtePortugal.pt
1. Shipping time
All orders are processed after confirmation of full payment.
Shipments are made within an average of 3 to 5 business days, but this may vary slightly depending on the volume of orders, stock availability, or destination.
In the event of any exceptional delay, the client will be contacted by the CriArte Portugal team via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, according to:

The total weight of the products;

The number of boxes or packages to be shipped;

The delivery destination.
Orders of €125 or more qualify for free shipping, provided that:

Do not exceed 30 kg in total;

The shipment must be to mainland Portugal.
For shipments exceeding this weight or to autonomous regions (Azores and Madeira), additional fees may apply, which will be communicated to the customer beforehand.
3. Insurance option
The customer can request additional shipping insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.
This option has an extra cost, calculated according to the total value of the order and the carrier's conditions.
If the customer chooses not to purchase insurance, CriArte Portugal cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the carrier after shipment.
4. Shipping and tracking methods
Shipments are made through partner carriers, chosen according to the type and destination of the order.
After the shipment, the customer receives a tracking code to monitor the delivery status.
5. Pick up on site (“CriArte na Hora”)
The customer can choose to collect the order in person at one of the available collection points, with no shipping costs.
Collection is only possible after confirmation that the product is ready, with the customer being notified by email or WhatsApp.
6. Unsuccessful deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the carrier may attempt a new delivery or return the order.
The additional costs arising from these situations may be charged to the customer.
7. Responsibility and communication
CriArte Portugal is committed to properly packaging all products to ensure their integrity during transport.
Any damage or irregularities must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, by sending a photograph and description of the problem to geral@criarteportugal.pt.
8. Changes
CriArte Portugal reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy without prior notice, with updates being published on this page.
